Welcome to Sew Maine! Many people local and abroad have known us as Sewing by the Sea, a contemporary fabric shop and authorized PFAFF dealer located in Trenton, Maine. Our shop as well as our website is always busy with creative shoppers looking for that special piece of fabric, quilting tool or even a new sewing or embroidery machine. We also offer our customers educational, but most importantly, fun classes to teach them new ways to fashion beautiful pieces created with their own hands.
In order to provide quality sewing machines to all of Maine's sewing enthusiasts, we have expanded to the Portland area! We now have a second location, called Sew Portland and we are the PFAFF dealer of choice. In our store you will find many makes and models of PFAFF machines backed up with knowledge in helping you choose the right machine for you. We also carry fabrics, notions and accessories at Sew Portland and are now offering classes.
